Individual Coaching: 

Individual Coaching is available for all staffing levels, from Junior Staff & Middle Managers through to Senior Management & Executives. It is designed to help members of staff increase their performance in the workplace.
 
We have a detailed discussion about the personal objectives & design a suitable package of sessions to help the staff member achieve this.
 
Our Executive Coaches are fully qualified, with individuals belonging to a number of recognised organisations including: European Mentoring & Coaching Council, International Coaching Federation, Institute of Leadership & Mentoring & Institute of Transformational Coaching 

We provide a free introductory meeting to ensure the Coach is right for you. 
Example Coaching Package: 1 Free meeting session, 5 sessions at 1.5 hours costs a total of £2,250 (plus Travel & VAT)
