Business Training & Coaching
Athelbrae Ltd provides professional training for all levels of staff from New Entrant to Senior Director. We train throughout the UK (and beyond), we don’t think travel should be a barrier to staff development.
We work in partnership with you to design and deliver tailored training to meet the needs of the individuals in your organisation and your business objectives.
Our clients mainly request on-site training, however we also offer virtual training which is held via Zoom or whichever platform is approved by your organisation.
Please contact us to discuss your training requirements, some courses may not be suitable for virtual based learning. We will also work with you to find the best solution for your needs.

We are totally transparent with our charging. Training is charged at £1,100 per day, (plus Travel & VAT).
This includes design and delivery for up to 12 delegates. We do not charge design time unless there is unique content required, in which case we agree this with you, in advance.

Distance & travel costs are not a barrier to us working with you. We regularly deliver training throughout the UK & will discuss the most effective option.
We're delighted to be able to offer training via virtual sessions. As with our on-site training, these will be interactive, informative and topical subjects for up to 12 participants.
Some sessions cover specifically working in the current environment - i.e. remote working, where we help delegates get the most out of their time working in their home offices. We are also able to run the majority of our courses listed above as virtual classrooms.
As with all our training we are transparent with our costs. Each 3 hour session for up to 12 people (6-8 for any IT Training) is being charged at £750 + VAT.
We'll arrange the technical linkup & will handle all the administrative side including invites to delegates and downloadable notes.
Getting to Grips with Management - 9 Modular Programme:
We're delighted to announce that our 9 Module Getting to Grips with Management Programme is back in Autumn 2022.
Designed for New & Aspiring Manager, or those who haven't had any formal training, these short, snappy 3 hour modules provide delegates with highly practical information on the key issues that a manager faces.
Module 1 – Managing your mates and how to motivate others
Module 2 – Communicating effectively with your staff and senior leaders
Module 3 – Conducting appraisals and giving constructive feedback at all times
Module 4 – Handling staff who under-perform or are challenging in their approach
Module 5 – Time Management and delegation
Module 6 – Understanding wellbeing for your team
Module 7 – Resolving conflict and confident negotiations
Module 8 – Recruiting the Right Staff
Module 9 – Meeting Management – preparation, purpose and actions
Training is delivered by Director of Training, Keith, who is on-hand throughout for support.

This Programme Package is £1,500 per Delegate + VAT for all 9 modules and includes all training materials, training and on-going support.
