An exciting addition to our offering is an e-learning training package for GP staff on Managing Complaints Effectively (see screenshot examples below).
This supports the training for Practice Managers and is designed for staff to give them the skills and confidence to handle complaints well.
The benefit of this training is that is can be undertaken at the delegate's desk and is broken into bite sized modules which can either be completed in one session or over a period of time.
We have developed this in conjunction with OnClick, and the training enables all members of the team to receive the training, without having to go off site for the day, but encompasses all the points in a fun, easy to understand and interactive way to get the message across.
